Spoon Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup
water
2 cups
milk
1 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
cornmeal(water-ground best)
3
eggs well beaten
1/4 cup
melted oleo or butter

Instructions:

Scald water and milk together. Add salt and meal. Cook and stir until thick. Fold beaten eggs and butter and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings
