Waffles

Ingredients:

2 cups
flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
4 teaspoons
baking powder
2
eggs separated
1 1/2 cups
milk
1 stick
butter melted

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients. Beat together egg yolks and milk, and mix with dry ingredients. Pour in melted butter; then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Yield: makes 7 waffles
