Chicken And Peppers

Ingredients:

4
chicken breasts
olive oil
to taste
seasoning salt
to taste
garlic powder
1/2 cup
red peppers
1/2 cup
diced onions
1 (4 ounce) can
sliced mushrooms
to taste
crushed black peppe
to taste
green parsley
1/2 cup
sherry

Instructions:

Cut chicken breasts in bite size pieces. Brown chicken in olive oil, over low heat about 10 minutes. Season with salt and garlic powder to taste. Stir 3 to 4 minutes. Add red peppers, onions, mushrooms, parsley, and black pepper. Cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes. When cooking is complete, add sherry. Stir and serve. Serve with hot rolls and tossed salad. Yield: 4 servings
