Shrimp And Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons
chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons
chopped onions
2 1/2 pounds
peeled raw shrimp
3 tablespoons
melted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons
lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon
dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1 cup
Monterey Jack cheese
1 can
Cream of Mushroom Soup
6 oz. pkg.
Long Grained Wild Rice with Seasonings

Instructions:

Saute pepper, onions, and shrimp in butter until shrimp turns pink. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Top casserole with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings
