Shark Nuggetts

Ingredients:

2 pounds
shark steak
2 teaspoons
garlic salt
2 teaspoons
pepper
2 teaspoons
seasoned salt
Creole seasoning
2 quarts
peanut oil
2 cups
Self-rising Flour (in double brown paper bag)

Instructions:

Use fresh cut shark steaks. Remove inside round bone and cut into nuggets. Season heavily; dip in flour and deep fry at 375 until they float to top. A must after the fishing trip. Yield: 4 to 6 servings
