Baked Brie In Chafing Dish
Ingredients:
1 (3 pound)
wheel of Brie
3/4 stick
butter
1/2 cup
slivered almonds or toasted pecans
Instructions:
Trim top crust of Brie. Cut butter in cubes and place over cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until soft. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers. Yield: 25 to 30 servings
