Calico Corn

Ingredients:

2 pounds
cooked crisp bacon
4 (#10 size) cans
corn
1 ounce
salt
1 1/2 teaspoons
pepper
7 ounces
pimentos

Instructions:

Drain corn, mix with salt, pepper and pimentos. Place in large stock pot and heat until hot. Crumble bacon and add to corn. Stir lightly. Yield: 100 servings
