Chilled Strawberry Soup

Ingredients:

2 cups
seeded watermelon
1
small cantaloupe (peeled and seeded)
1 1/2 cups
apple cider
1/2 cup
honey
2 pints
strawberries, cleaned

Instructions:

Puree strawberries, watermelon and cantaloupe. Adjust soup texture with apple cider and season with honey. Keep chilled. Yield: 10 servings. NUTRITION PER SERVING: Calories 108, Fat 0 grams, Cholesterol 0 milligrams, Sodium 8 milligrams.
