Low Calorie Reese Cup Pie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups
graham cracker crumbs
3 packets
sugar substitute
1/3 cup
melted reduced calorie margarine
2 cups
skim milk
2 tablespoons
peanut butter
4 1/2 oz. pkg.
sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
Instructions:
Mix cracker crumbs, sugar substitute, and margarine. Press in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Mix pudding and milk for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour into pie pan. Refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish with low fat whipped topping. Yield: 6 servings. NUTRITION PER SERVING: Calories 282, Fat 11 grams, Cholesterol 1.7 milligrams, Sodium 515 milligrams.
