Quick Okra Soup

Ingredients:

medium onion chopped
1 chunk
fat back
1 (16 ounce) can
okra
1 (16 ounce) can
tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) can
corn
2 tablespoons
hot sauce

Instructions:

Saute onions and fat back in a 2 quart pot. Combine remaining ingredients except hot sauce and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Add hot sauce 5 minutes before ready. Serve with cornbread. Yield: 4 servings
