Avocado Soup
Ingredients:

avocados
1 cup
chicken broth
1 cup
half and half
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
onion salt
dash white pepper
1 teaspoon
lemon or lime juice
Instructions:
Peel avocados and remove seeds. Blend avocados and chicken broth in blender until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients except lemon or lime juice. Chill thoroughly; stir in lemon or lime juice. Garnish with grated lemon rind, lemon slices, watercress, a spoonful of sour cream or a combination of garnishes. Yield: 6 servings
