Lowcountry Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup
sour cream
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/8 teaspoon
mace
1 tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Miracle Whip salad dressing
2
hard-boiled eggs finely chopped
1 lb.
Medium Shrimp (cooked, shelled, deveined)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together except the shrimp and chill for several hours. Add the shrimp cut into large chunks or leave whole. Refrigerate again for at least an hour. May be made as much as a day ahead of serving. Yield: 4 servings
