Guajillo Pork Chops

What you need:
* 8 bone-in pork loin chops, 1/2-in. thick
* 2 c. guajillo, or tomato salsa
* 3 Tbsp. honey
* 1 Tbsp. oil
What to do:
1. Reserve 1 c. of salsa; mix with honey. Brush the honey salsa mixture over the pork chops.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saut� pork for about 10 min., turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145�F, followed by a 3-min. rest time. Transfer pork chops to a plate; cover to keep warm.
3. Add reserved salsa to skillet and stir over medium heat until salsa is warmed; serve with pork.
